E-Commerce Assistant

Location: Piraeus, Greece

  

The E-commerce Assistant:
  • Manages E-shop orders (online and offline) ensuring correct and timely delivery
  • Provides advice and handles complaints by email and phone
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of company’s product range to inform customers
  • Creates, edits and uploads product photography and descriptions (in collaboration with co-workers) to the ecommerce platform and removes discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner
  • Updates the company’s CRM system daily by entering data and key information (e.g. client’s contact details, orders)
  • Submits reports to the E-Commerce Manager
  • Fulfils any other role duties as directed by the E-Commerce Manager
We will consider the candidate who:
 
  • Has 1 – 2 years of work experience as an assistant (or equal role) in any of the departments of E-commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communication, in a multinational environment
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Communication or relative to job field
  • Communicates both orally and written in English at C1 Level. Knowledge of Dutch language will be considered a plus
  • Identifies with customers showing empathy and excellent verbal and written communication skills (including negotiation, networking and feedback provision)
  • Is highly responsible and autonomous in achieving e-commerce targets and delivering excellent customer experience
  • Pays attention to details and proposes effective solutions
  • Can handle pressure and meet deadlines by showing excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills
  • Grasps easily technical features, solutions and customer expectations
  • Is very good with reporting tools
  • Has completed military service, when required
